*** SOLD to Italy. *** 1933 was a year of major changes for Buick, who already in 1931 had introduced the 8-cylinder engine on all models. Longer wheel-bases, new front and rear fenders with more sweeping curves, a new grille, a new X-crossmember frame, a new thermostatically controlled cooling system, the discontinuation of wood spoke wheels, and an upgraded interior were only a few of the many measures taken. 20 models on four different wheel-bases and with three different 8-cylinder engines were at the customer's disposal. Only 1000 units of the elegant Sport Coupé with rumble seat presented here have been built in production year 1933, and according to the american Buick Owners Club only 5 (!) of these Art-Déco-style coupés are still known to exist. Our car with a known history since 1979 underwent a complete restoration in the U.S. during the 80's and came to a collector on Jersey island in 1996. Here the Buick was further improved and well serviced, with lots of documents and receipts showing significant expenses. Since 2009 with an enthusiast in Germany, she is now for sale as the collection is going to be reduced. This very authentic and well maintained car offers many period correct extras, like wire wheels, two side mounted spare wheels, heating, clock, luggage rack etc. The powerful engine together with the smoothly working 3-gear box delivers lots of driving fun. Lowered side-screens and rear window together with opened quarter vents provide a stunning open air feeling. With valid German M.O.T. ("TÜV"). +++ Foreign customers are welcome. Car is located in the Frankfurt/Main airport region. Shipping no problem. +++
